Located 250 m northeast of the center town of “El Alto Peralejo”. This is an area of natural pasture, scrubland and hundred-year-old oaks that has traditionally been planted with cereal.
The property contains an “era” that was used to thresh wheat, which is in front of the main house and it names the complex.
The plot presents a gentle slope to reach the so-called “Cabezo Redondo” (round hill), and it's more rugged at the back, the northern part of the land. We'd like to highlight the presence of an era of 10.5 m in diameter, which shows the great position of the complex on the environment. The dominant vegetation is oak, but we have also olive trees and some fruit trees in an orchard.
There is a striking large pine tree that visually dominates the top of the hill.
